"Where could be better to choose to celebrate my 65th birthday but Cookfella's. Booked here because everybody knows it's my favourite restaurant. 5 of us had different fresh ala carte meals which were all tasty and delicious. The service and the friendliness continues to be excellent. This is definitely the place to eat if you want to experience quality."

Highly recommended -excellent food and an adventurous menu. Great informal atmosphere and friendly, attentive service. If we weren't visitors, we'd be regulars. Indeed the staff seemed to know most of their customers. And not expensive- £95 for the two of us, 3 courses including wine. Great place.

This place came as a bit of a surprise really. We were looking around for somewhere to eat and Cookfella's had some very good reviews so in we went. We really enjoyed the food - some very different offerings for mains and the sweets were something else. I'd like to go again next time we're passing and maybe try the tapas menu.
